First Major Event Held at AYMAKOOP YTM Terrace
Planned to host industry meetings, promotional events, company gatherings, and a wide range of sector-related activities, AYMAKOOP YTM Terrace welcomed its first major event on June 10, 2026, with the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the 2025 Fiscal Year of AYMAKOOP Footwear and Footwear Components Cooperative.
Strong Participation at the General Assembly
The general assembly was attended by a large number of members. During the meeting, the cooperative's activities, financial results, and future objectives were reviewed. Agenda items were presented for approval and adopted by the members, and the meeting concluded in an atmosphere of unity and cooperation.
Murat Göl: “AYMAKOOP Is a Family”
Speaking after the meeting, Murat Göl stated that members showed strong interest in the general assembly and actively participated in the decision-making process. He noted that all agenda items were approved by the members.
Emphasizing the strong sense of solidarity within the cooperative, Göl said that AYMAKOOP operates as a family and that this spirit of cooperation remains its greatest strength.
No Increase in Membership Fees
Göl also highlighted one of the key decisions taken during the assembly: membership fees and service charges will remain unchanged. He explained that the decision was made in consideration of current economic conditions and with the aim of supporting members while maintaining the same level of services.
Social Media Initiatives Deliver Results
According to Göl, AYMAKOOP's recent social media campaigns, carried out under the slogans “AYMAKOOP – The Center of Footwear” and “From Manufacturer to Consumer,” have helped the cooperative reach a wider audience and increase awareness of its activities.
Focus on Expanding Trade Volume
Looking ahead, Göl stated that AYMAKOOP plans to organize events at the YTM Terrace that will bring together footwear buyers and sellers, creating new business opportunities and increasing commercial activity within the sector.
He added that AYMAKOOP aims to expand wholesale, retail, and material trading volumes while continuing to develop projects that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the footwear industry.
Despite ongoing economic challenges, Göl emphasized that AYMAKOOP will continue providing uninterrupted services to its members and remain committed to supporting the development of the sector through new initiatives and projects.
